How to Schedule Tutorial
While there are several ways to request a new proceeding with Esquire (including email and phone), we recommend scheduling your proceeding (in-person, remote, and hybrid) through EsquireConnect.
To begin, you don't have to fill in any contact information. And EsquireConnecdt ensures you provide Esquire with the information we need to correctly schedule and bill all required services.
While emailing a Notice is fast, it doesn't end there. EsquireConnect saves you time spent on phone calls clarifying proceeding and billing details, and ensures accuracy, resulting in smooth proceedings (and accurate billing).
Scheduling: Now Even Faster!
You can now drag your deposition notice onto the scheduling page. EsquireConnect will upload the notice immediately, parse (read) it, and auto-fill in the fields of the scheduling form with the data it read. Review, make any necessary changes, and submit the request. The proceeding will be posted to your calendar, and you will receive a receipt confirmation immediately.
If you don't have a notice, you can still attach your Notice using the second attachment button. Fill out the rest of the form, and submit. After you submit your online request, you will receive a confirmation email, and it will appear on your calendar immediately.
If you schedule a Zoom proceeding, you will receive a meeting link within an hour, unless you schedule less than three business days before the proceeding day.
